A “macho man of God” is a man who stands firm in his faith. His strength is seen in his courage to follow Christ, remain faithful through trials, and treat others with love and humility.

At the Macho Men of God retreat, men share their experiences and how faith in Christ helps them face life’s challenges. If you are struggling with fear, addiction, family relationships, or a sense of purpose, you do not have to face those struggles alone.
Come grow in confidence as a beloved son of God, strengthen your family relationships, and seek the grace to live your faith each day. You will hear from men who have faced similar challenges and found hope, healing, and a way forward in Christ.
Macho Men of God Retreat
Established in 1997, the Macho Men of God retreat invites men to strengthen their faith, seek healing, and build their lives and families on Christ. In our retreats, participants explore how to:

Build a stronger foundation for themselves and their families.

Persevere in prayer, especially when answers seem slow to come.

Lead their households with love, humility, and responsibility.

Discern what is pleasing to God.

Receive healing and share Christ’s mercy with others.

Conquering addictions and understanding addictive behaviors.

Discern God’s call in their lives.
Face fear with faith and help their families grow in trust.
About Retreat
The retreat starts on a Friday night (see start date in the flyer above) at 7:00 pm and finishes on Sunday around noon.
If you are planning to fly into Lubbock Texas and need a ride from the airport, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the retreat. The best time to fly out of Lubbock Texas is after 3:00 pm.
